Wes-State Mortgage/National Homeworkers Association
Wes-State Corporation, National Homeworkers Association ripoff I have definitely decided not to market this less than accurate catalog, because I don't want to deceive anyone into any scam "businesses" that will only make them poorer hanks for this forum!

Shops, Products, Services

Wes-State Mortgage/National Homeworkers Association, "Home Business Directory" has several companies that complaints have listed as home business scams. Eugene, Oregon.

I received in July a copy of the National Homeworkers Association's "Home Business Directory", with 111 home work opportunities. Wes-State Mortgage is the parent company for the NHA. I was interested in marketing these catalogs to the public, since NHA claimed that "they have weeded out all the frauds, and only publish true genuine oportunities for home assembly work." They listed 12 companies that had at least one complaint of scams from consumers, as sent to complaints. These include Excel Communications, Specialty Merchandising Corporation, Creative Amusement Service, and Cottage Industries, which had several entries each.

I have long passed the 90-day trial period, so my $45 for the information will not be refunded. I finally discovered your website last week, so I decided to see how accurate Wes-State/NHA's claims of dilligent research were. I was a little disturbed that they included Excel, because i was a Rep and phone customer for over a year. Excel was a definite rip-off, a company which only makes the top honchos rich, and which it took several months and a credit agency to finally get them to stop sending me phone bills, long after I had dropped their overpriced phone service.

Also, Wes-State makes a lot of bold claims for the profits from selling these catalogs, as much as $56,000 per month! They are noted for their "no money down" real estate, money brokering, and discount mortgage programs. They are a member of the Eugene Chamber of Commerce, and on Dub and Bradstreet. My main concern is with a catalog that claims to be thoroughly researched, with companies that NHA says are credible firms that they have had good relations with over their 15 years in the business.

I urge complaints to check into Wes-State and the NHA, to see how many complaints about these programs have surfaced over the years. I have definitely decided not to market this less than accurate catalog, because I don't want to deceive anyone into any scam "businesses" that will only make them poorer. Thank you for your excellent service, it is much needed!
