Fired me for whistle blowing on pharmacist self-medicating & sexually harrassing staff

Shops, Products, Services

I was a CVS store manager in Acworth, Ga. And had a Pharmacist named Gary St. Luke writing his own prescriptions under a local doctor's name and self-medicating. He was also sexually harrassing employees and reports were filed I thought to the right people, however I was fired for alerting company officials because the DEA had to be involved and the doctor's office was seeking litigation for CVS not punishing a pharmacist writing illigitimate prescriptions under it's doctor's name. I have written numerous emails to company officials and alot of hand written letters and yet have received a response. An attorney seems like my only alternative to resolve this 'conflict of interest'.

Could someone who knows whistle-blowing laws please respond to me and tell me what my next course of action should be? I've been told I only have 90 days from being nixed from a company to legally pursue this matter, or matters of this nature to be exact.

Other employees would stand behind me in this (I'm sure of!)

Thanks
