Failure to gain account access

I made a payment to my LR account yesterday and i was credited, just as i was about to Login, i was unable to gain Login access and i was BLOCKED from gain access. I wanted to make payment in my betting site which was www.planetofbets.com and i was highly disappointed and i missed a bet, i have been trying for hour to reach their consumer complaints but no avail. I ask in your help to resolve this issue and i will be so Glad. I do understand the bad name which is given to my Country Nigeria, but i also hope you do understand the bad name and reputation is not vested in all citizen here. Please kind help me as i ask for your help. Thanks
