Bad breeder puppy ripoff

My name is Lauren. I purchased a dog 3 yrs ago from Happiness is Pets. He is a cockalier (cocker/king charles spaniel mix) He has always been sick. 6mths he had kennel cough, 1 1/2yrs he had bladder infections and has always had diarrhea off and on (we still dont know why) and just had bladder stone surgery, now he has a luxating patella. The breeder is Steve Kruse. Is there a way to contact this man, and SHUT HIM DOWN!? I recently went to Happiness is Pets again and found another cockalier that I absolutely fell in love with. I was hoping my dog, Cupid's case was just a rare thing. That is what made me look into researching Steve Kruse. I was so disappointed to see that this breeder sends out such sickly animals. I was hoping you had more information about this breeder. I feel so sad for those puppies in the pet stores and feel like I shoudl rescue them all, however after spending over $4000 on medical bills in 3 yrs with my dog now, I am much more reluctant!
