Tellis - one Call Comm ripoff dishonest giving me runaround on $140.00 plus charges I didn't make Internet

One call comm is charging me for $142.78 on 4 calls to the united kingdom. These calls began at 6:20 am all the way though 10:21 am. There is another call thrown in @ 10:11 am to england from Telliss. There was no one at home at the time to make these calls. They won't give me any answers. Telliss kept me on hold on the chat line for over 95 minutes so I emailed them. No reply. My phone company tells us we must pay the charges or they will shut our phone off. Tthey don't give a sh* apparently. They tell us it came from our number so we are responsible even though no one was here to do it. Please is there any help out there?
