Ripoff how to be not like i am not telling the truth

Boy have i got one for you. I don't know how i got a phone bill for verizon. I was not using my phone or computer at all. They say that i was sent a bill for $276.08. You know the log on the phone bill don't show that i was on the phone at all. They said i called a country off off africa and said that i talked to a computer or a person there. Hey i live in a small town in a state called idaho. Come on now i didn't call therw at all. All my frends live here where i live. I have lived here most of my life ok but i am getting billed for it anyway ok dennis in a smalltown ok??!!!
