E-commerce They continue to try to get money from me for an account that was canceled Threatening legal action Ripoff

Signed up with e-commerce as a way of processing my visa/MCs. That was 5 years ago. Six months ago I canceled my account with them, or so I thought. I had to send back the software. I did. But then they tried to get two more months worth of fees from me. I stopped payment on drafts from them. They send me a threating letter and said if I didn't pay the two months, plus bank charges that they would mess with my creditrating. Upon talking to the Axin representitive (they called me to harass me) He told me that I owed them a rediculous amount now.

I have contacted my State A.G.'s office.
Also the BBB. Any other Ideas on getting these scoundrels?
