Ripoff they lied to my granddaughter she is over weight & got taken in it's pathetic

My granddaughter was under the impression it was 4 free 4 1 wk. Just to try the product out, when she realized how much it would cost she called that nite, they said it would be cancelled, i checked my account the nest day all was good but sat. Dec. 3 the 157.00 was taken out, and i have been trying to reach them but the 1-800-901-1182 n0 has a recording that keeps saying too call back their hours are m-f from 9am-4pm so far no answer on top of that it overdrew my account by 35.00 so the total is 192.00. I hope this can be resolved but i am douthful.

I dont see why they are not on your list i read some of the e-mail about people being ripped off & even so i'm being ripped off so help me.
