Home delivery nightmare. Rip-off!

I ordered several items 3 weeks ago. After the long waiting period, finally the delivery day has come. They promised that they will call me before coming, but they never did.

I made 8 calls from 8:30am to 12:30pm to them and told them that I have to leave for a meeting in the afternoon.By 12:30pm, they didnot show up. Managers were not care of their customers, the delivers were arrogant.in the end, I cancelled all my orders and will never walk in this store again. Have a nice day!
