Bloomatoday terrible service - never got the order. Customer service is helpless - BF32-11k

Pleace and order on Monday for deliver on same day. Flowers never arrived, I called 3 times on Tuesday and was promissed the flowers would be delivered by EOD, today is Wed afternoon and flowers have never arrived. I called customer service and no asnwers.
