This is a resume building service offered for students in law school. I filled out my information, my credit card was charged, but I never received my order.
Every email I sent them bounced back or wasn't replied to. When I tried calling their number, the operator tried to sell me the larger, more expensive service. When I insisted that I just wanted what I had paid for, she put me on hold to speak to someone else. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I tried calling back, but there was no answer.
I paid for their services a month ago. I wanted my money back, or the services, but it doesn't look like I'll get either.
It's unbelievable to think that a company would prey on students.
