A charge on my Verizon telephone bill that was never requested. Orbit. Telecom charging $14.79 for Orbit Vmail 1X setup. No contact number to call a customer service to find out why I'm being charged. This charge is date 10/28/04. Enhanced Services Billing Inc. (esbi) 888-296-3724. Stating Your Local telephone service will not be disconnected for failure to pay the charges on this portion of your bill. IF YOU FAIL TO PAY THESE CHARGES, THE SERVICE PROVIDER MY PURSUE COLLECTIONS INDEPENDENTLY.
How can you be charged something you did not order? I'm afraid this service accesses phone lines to hack into home computers and intercept private information when paying bill over the phone and pc.
