Never pay an agent in advance. Deanna Hediger charges up front costs, wants you to use her photographers, has you send all your own stuff to the leads that she gives you (when you can get them from her). She will not work for you. Use real agents and ask around to get recommendations.

I signed up my daughter. She said she would mail us our leads since we couldn't make it to North Glenn all the time. It has been 3 months with no leads, no phone calls and a disconnected phone line when I tried to call. I finally found a good phone number from someone else having trouble and she doesn't answer my phone calls. Time for small business claims I think.
