Same as others was scamed out of $98.00 and the earings were not like the photo they showed. Calling support did not help. You needed to use Billing@DonnaKlan.com it there paper work it did not show

A pop up came up saying for 5.99 shipping you could get a piece of jewelry. I feel for it and first the earings came with no order number or phone number. When I tried many times to contact them they told me I was not sending information right. After many phone calls one lady told me to use capital letters D and K when contacting them. This was after the 14 days were up so they said there was nothing they could do. Total scam artists! Now I am out $98.00 and left with an ugly pair of earings of low quality. Someone needs to do something about them. I dont have $98.00 to give away!!
