He is a one of a kind insane psychopath. He does as little as possible when trying to sell a property, in fact, we did all of the work yet had to give him an enormous commission of thousands of dollars. He literally showed the property once. He is psycho, bat shit crazy, insane, bipolar and unstable, angry, sloppy, stinks and showed up to our meetings incoherant, crude and clearly drunk or high on drugs. He cannot be trusted too be left alone with your wife either as he will make sexual advances. His own wife's public photos on Facebook look like her to be a hooker, stripper or pole dancer whose photos, the photos are degrading and gutter whoreish. Do not do business with this man as he will do nothing and charge you for it.
