Very rude receptionist! This company has no customer service values at all! They tell you they will call to confirm your appiontment, and never do. Receptionist then argues with you when you tell her you never received a call. Can not tell you how the techs are, since I haven't gotten anyone to come to my home to service my oven.

I have only been trying for a month and a half! I will never deal with this company again!
