Ripoff! Overcharged me, list was mediocre, very disorganized

The company charged me twice for my order. One charge belonged to another company. They refunded it but it took several calls and finally to a manager. As the employees were nice and appeared to be helpful, I had to spend a lot of time getting this straightened out. They also took a long time to get the list. Much longer than their competitors. The list turned out to be mediocre for our needs. Would not use them again! Could have spent that time creating the list myself to get the results I received from them. Very disappointed.
