Ripoff they wouldn't give their address

The other day I called 1-866-303-7737 ext. 4994 about a postal job. They wanted $98 or so to prepare you to pass a postal worker's exam and promised to refund the money if you didn't. I asked for the name of their organization and she said "Exam Prep". I asked for the address and she refused to give it out and claimed their company was registered with the better business bureau of Tennessee. I found it very suspicious that they would be unwilling to disclose their address.
