Stay away from Northamerican bancard because it is a ripoff

My name is Franklin Diaz and the merchant number is 8788290328988

I receive a promotion from Michael Beauregard offering me a 25 percent commission for the processing of my credit cards and no obligation with company meaning that I was not subject to a contract. I also requested the same terms that I have with my previous company that was no contract. I received a bill for much that I was expecting so I called to cancel the account. For my surprise the representative told me that I had a 3 years contract and the cancellation would be 1000 dollars. I also found out that I would not receive the 25 commission because my account was not registered for the promotion.

I tried to contact Mr Michael for weeks and I have not receive any answer. Nobody in the company is willing to help. I have all the proof and email that I was offered a promotion that was never granted.

I advice any body to stay away from this company because it is a scam.
