My semi trailer had an issue with a bearing. This company sent out a wrecker big enough to beach the Titanic. They said they had to offload my cargo and would not tow it to either of the two places I requested. They towed it AND the truck to their yard and said their shop could fix it. They charges us $4700 for labor, $1200 to remove the two tires $500 for the use of two palet jacks, $1500 for the use of their truck and trailer, $850 for towing, $1000 to transport the cargo 8 miles and misc. Charges to total about $12,000. This is outrageous.

The 7 men at $50 per hour was way overboard, especially when at any given time, at least 3 of them were juststanding around.
