Integrated Card Service
False advertisement, no written contract, incorrect billing of charges, no specific time to bill account, no written confirmation after phone contact

Shops, Products, Services

This company has been deceptive very beginning. It was understood that I have a very small business with not a lot of volume but wanted to offer credit card options to my clients. I was told that I would pay $14.95 per month that was then reduced to 4.95 per month.

I have been billed 20.95 per month since May. I received no written contract even though I requested it several time. They have tried to get $350 out of my account in August, October and December. Since I wasn't notified of this transaction it has caused banking overdrafts and a nightmare of problems.

Most recently, I was billed $104 on November 30th and was told I would be billed another $104 for in December, which I agreed to. On December 31st my account was billed $350 and then on Jan 2nd I was billed another $95.

I have repeatedly tried to contact them using the numbers on my statement and I get placed in a hold pattern for 20 minutes or more. When I called the number on the webpage I got a live person but she could not transfer me to a live customer service representative.

This company is fraudulent and I will not continue to do business with them. I was told that the I signed a 3 year contract but if I pay $350 (the magic number) and return the terminal I can be released in May.
