Jasmine ensured she was available at every step of the process and I could always reach her via phone. What a mistake it was to believe that tale. Further, they took a fee from me in the amount of $150.00 which I found out by calling the State was illegal because they have no license to do so. Then all these scammers do is send you to another agency in Uptown Manhattan (American Plaza, Broadway @ 160th Street), and they require antoehr ADVANCE FEE too! The entire room hunting process with nycityrooms.com was an extremely unpleasant experience, what a FRAUD.
