Terrible service, difficult if not impossible to resolve

I ordered boots a month ago, never shipped never came. Multiple emails eventually resulted in an asusrance of store credit, which i declined and insisted they refund my account. Hasn't happened. Started a paypal dispute. Paypal should sever their relationship with this company. I don't think they actaully have merchandise
