Rude, Cruel, Unethical, and Just WRONG!

Do not deal with PerAm Reality or Khoslow sadeghian. He is rude, cruel and unethical. He wanted to meet us at Walmart at 3 in the morning to go over the lease. He told us we could pay half the deposit and first months rent along with the application fee and he would waive the other half of the deposit. We were also told that there was no fridge and no stove but that there would be one put in within the week.

There was never any stove or fridge brought. Once we moved in, we found that the water heater had been completely removed and the guts of the furnace unit had been removed as well. There was no heat, no hot water, holes in the floors and walls, exposed electrical wires and pipes, no toliet or sink in the second bathroom, broken windows, the place was left a complete diasater complete with animal feces that took more than 2 weeks to clean.

The back yard was completely trashed and over grown. There was no maintenance work done on the place at all. I am a woman and had to fix a lot of things myself. He never answered the phone and when he did he liked to blame me for everything, he would cuss me out, hang up on me, and treat me like I was dirt. I told him I was withholding rent until things were up to code and fixed. He then proceeded to evict us. I didn't even have a copy of my lease which I never got to sign.

Once he started the eviction, I tried to work something out with him. He told me that if I made my husband move out that he would start a brand new lease with just me and would fix the place up for me. He was also going to raise the rent by almost $300. I refused since I was not going to kick my husband out. We ended up with 24 hours to move, not even enough time to get a lawyer. I had to take what I could and move out.

I ended up leaving almost everything behind. He ever threatened me several times with taking my kids, having me arrested, and suing me.

Please do not rent from this person ever. You will get screwed over!!!
