Shipping Slow

Next time I am gonna spend a little more for expedited shipping. I had to wait from Dec. 6th to today Dec. 19th to get two pairs of slippers! To me that is ridiculous! I don't think they even shipped the product until like 4 days ago? Walmart, Hanes, and other stores. Is a lot faster. I have ordered and received in days not weeks. I used a gift card on line to order this and cash card but still should not make a difference. And Christmas should not make a difference either. But that is how I feel. I been in retail and had a lot better CSR and shipping then this..
