Guaranteed Christmas Delivery - LIARS!

Placed an order with Szul.com on 12/15 - website clearly says GUARANTEED CHRISTMAS DELIVERY for the items placed an order with - sent an email to customerservice@szul.com requesting shipping information - no one bothered to respond - called szul.com customer service on 12/18 - was assured that the delivery will be made before Christmas - called again on 12/20 - spoke to Supervisor - name - DEEPTHI - was assured that package will be overnighted and will be sent an email with tracking information - called on 12/24 - spoke to szul.com customer service rep - PARAG - was told a a huge LIE - that email was sent out by szul.com that order was cancelled (NEVER GOT THIS EMAIL) - AND Mr PARAG gave another lie saying that someone from szul.com called me and updated me that order was cancelled due to QUALITY ASSURANCE ISSUES! (surprise - no one called) - I asked him if I was informed about cancellation why is there no refund issued - said he will process it now - I told him I will report him and to this he replied - GO AHEAD - NO ISSUES!

DO NOT BUY FROM SZUL.com - bunch of LIARS! Worst thing was that if they would have told me in advance, I would have made other arrangements for my Xmas gifts!!
