Over priced con-artists & liars

We bought a "sterling silver" ring from Queens Jewelers inside Westgate Mall. We paid well over what I thought it was worth but I liked the style of the ring so went ahead with the purchase.

In a very short period of time it began to turn my finger brown. We took it back to them to find out what was wrong with it & was told it was just doing it because it was dirty. They cleaned it & gave it back.

I tried wearing it again - same result. Took it back again & was told the same type of bs - it's dirty, you are allergic to silver (which I'm not), etc.

Decided something was definitely wrong with the ring so I took it to a different jewelry store who tested the ring. It isn't real silver!

We returned to the store again & they still tried to say it is real & it's just dirty or I'm allergic to it, blah blah blah. They offered to exchange it but who wants to trade something fake for something fake? Then they called mall security.
