Vernard Simmons DID NOT PAY

My husband and I did work for T.U.R.N. S on Nov 5th. We have been in constant contact via email and phone calls with Vernard Simmons and Denise since then via email and phone calls. I have received numerous excuses as to why we have not been paid. The last was they had mailed the check and can't imagine why we have not recieved it and he Vernard, the owner he states, he has to see why. I gave him a deadline - today to recieve payment or I would file a complaint as well as spread the word amongst the merchandising community not to accept work from them.
