No Delivery, Non-Responsive to multiple emails and phone calls. Cannot get any response

I ordered a claddagh ring for a Christmas present on December 7. I was told that delivery would be made within 5 days. It is now December 21 and I have not yet received the ring. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I have made multiple phone calls during their business, but cannot get anybody to answer. Their voicemail says to call back during business hours, which obviously makes no sense. I'm beginning to wonder if their company is a giant scam.
