Christopher McCoy Multi-thousand dollar theft

First I received a great recommendation for home repairs. I met the "contractor" was given an exceptional quote. And after making a "supplies" deposit for thousands of dollars all I get is a constant delay and line of excuses for rescheduling. After 3 months of "reasons" why the job can't be done I plainly request a full refund since services are not being rendered. I am assured that I will receive my money within 30-45 days. I have NEVER heard from the man/company again! It has now been over 6 months and I am fully reliable to my insurance company to get a job completed that I no longer have enough money for because Mr. McCoy took our money and ran.
