Atlas services, boynton beach fl deceptive practices, they dont cover anything that brakes, change prices, bring the wrong stuff so it takes 3 times to get the right part, and then they wont get on the phone or return calls

I have a service contract with Atlas service to fix all the appliances and air conditoners in my house that i paid 380.54. They do not cover anything that could possibly break, so everything they come to fix is extra, even though in big letters it saysParts and Labor included. They jack up the price of parts to cover the labor that is to be free. Then they lower the price to try to make the customer happy if they complain, then they bring the wrong part, so you now have to miss 2 half days of work, when the come the third time, they tell you the part is now more money, and if you dont pay them the new price, they leave.

When you call the main office to speak to the managers, Kimberly Grossman, she is never in, and will not return calls. I then try to call to cancel my contract, and they deduct 3 service calls, including the one where they brought the wrong part, and the one where they changed the price to double of what i was quoted, then left, and instead of a refund of an unused service contract, they say i owe them for 3 service calls. I then called an independent service repair place, and they fixed it for 75.00, instead of the 225.00 Atlas services tried to charge me, with the service contract i have with them. All of the operators are nasty and unprofessional. They will not put any managers on the phone
