The Sales Generator & Sales Generator of the West & Don Malloch Appointment Setting Company That Sets NO APPOINTMENTS Buyer Beware

Solutions for Business and Home is supposedly a telemarketing company that sets qualified appointments. At least that is what Don Malloch will tell unsuspecting customers. He has also owned other marketing companies that have done the same type of business under different names: The Sales Generator and Sales Generator of the West. Both later companies licenses have expired in Utah. Solutions for Business and Home is still open, at least for now.

Don will tell you verbally that he will set 10 to 15 appointments for any type of client that you might need. He will assure you that he will set all of the appointments within 30 days for only $300 or so, but his contract has no end date just an open ended contract with no refund offered, most likely illegal according the link below. Once Don has your money he has no incentive to ever set an appointment. Sure he will gladly take your money but don't count on any appointments; at least that has been my experience.

At first I thought my experience with Don was not typical but then I did a search for his name on the Utah. Gov site and found that he has done this same type of business before. If you are contacted by him ask for references and see if he will give you any.

Got to wonder if anyone has ever gone after him legally? Perhaps the amount is too small, only $300. Then again if enough people feel that they have been scammed then perhaps they can all file suit against him together? I am now in contact with some of his other clients and he did not set any appointments for them either.

Solutions for Business and Home has a BBB rating of F. The lowest possible. Sales Generator of the West BBB rating is D-.

Is Donald D Malloch, JR one of the worst telemarketers in the history of the world that just can't set any appointments or an outright scam artist?

Only he knows for sure but if you want to spend your money on marketing and get real results look for someone else with a better track record. Imo.
