Choice Home Warranty
Our company has done several jobs for this company but we didn't get paid, ever! We've faxed, mailed the invoices, but they didn't pay. After a year of trying to get paid, they said it's too late now

Choice Home Warranty makes contractors work and doesn't pay. They haven't paid us after a year of trying to get the invoices paid and now they say it's too late to claim because their contract says we had to submit it within 30 days which we did, but they say they have not record of it. Now I want to file a class action lawsuit and would like to know if anyone else who hasn't been paid would like to join. Please let me know. My email is @aol.com
