Fees and Penalties Keep Piling Up, Account Never Closed

Credit One bank traps you in with fee's and penalties. I haven't used the card in months and received a bunch fee's then penalties on these fee's. I tried to pay them and close out my account, but they never close my account and keep adding on penalties. I will not pay them and they will not work with me. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Please do not do business with them!
