BJ’s does not take care of their management staff

BJ’s doesn't look after their administration team. They're likely to function terrible hours. Their is that this lady situated out-of Toms River. Her name is Lori. She's simply beyond raw. She'd a supervisor venture out on tension. He couldn't manage her psychologically. She's verbally therefore violent to her supervisors. I'm only a member of the family that's paid attention to this. I've been experience to her wording which are terribly violent. She directs drunk text mail and particularly drunk texts at-all hours of the night time.

She covers beyond the truth that she'd cancer and harm her knee. All of us sympathize for whatever she's been through. But she never arrives to assist and remains property and barks instructions. No…I consider that back…she is really verbally abusive to everyone…that they're scared of her. That is violence. I've existed all the supervisors. Most people are scared due to their careers. Difficult time. Difficult economy. It's a lot of US questioning why BJ’s …knowing her behavior…would permit individuals to be handled in this way. No body really wants to say something. They're all scared of the careers. But this specific supervisor has certainly cheated everybody and doesn't direct by leading.
