Gary Olson ripoff Never delivered photographs or on promises, disappeared, unable to contact

I got married in August and Gary promised to have my proofs ready before my move to PA at the end of September. I did not actually get my proofs until Christmas of 2003 after I had threatened to demand a refund. We never met to do any of the digital work he promised and he told us when we returned to proofs to him that it would be 4-6 weeks before they were done and that he would contact me, my in-laws and my parents regarding the orders when they were finished. It's been another FIVE MONTHS and we still haven't heard from him - his email address doesn't work and he doesn't answer the phone and he closed his shop to move back to his home studio. His website works but doesn't give a phone number or anything! Avoid this business at all costs! I have been married over a year and have no wedding photos!!!

He is in bad standing with the Better Business Bureau because he doesn't address complaints and I'm ready to take him to court. I filed a complaint at The Complaint Station and have already been contacted by two others who are ready to sue as well!
