Same old story-paid for shirts and never got them. I ordered back in June. August rolls around and I emailed to see where my stuff was. Hilary emailed me back and said that they lost their assistant and that I should have my order in 2 weeks-didn't happen! Five weeks later I sent another email - no response. I've tried numerous times since then and have gotten no response. I even managed to stay very polite with this &%$@$ up till October!!! I say hit them where it hurts - tattoo conventions and shops-that's where alot of their customers come from. There will be a big sign warning of this wench at several area conventions-make sure the same happens in your town!!!
