Direct Buy NO REFUND Membership

I was invited to a Direct Buy open house and offered a 30day free trial on the phone. When I got there I had to sign up. I did and received the password & codes via email 3 days later. After looking at the catalog & online shopping, I decided this wasn't for me so I called the location I had toured. It had only been 2 weeks - well within the 30days. They told me I didn't sign up for the 30day free trial - I explained I had mentioned it during the tour and was not offered the option. No refunds. I can't sell this membership nor do I think it is a GREAT DEAL! I can do better with local stores.
