Terrible—crowded, unorganized, difficult to navigate. Staff is mercurial—at times helpful, but rarely pleasant. The icing on the cake was when they refused to exchange one of four books my family had given me for my birthday—even though I had a receipt and was asking for only an even exchange. I had already read the book. They offered me instead store credit for 1/2 the amount my family paid less than two weeks ago. Seriously—like I'm trying to take them for $5. How cheap!!! I'll go to Barnes & Noble next time.
