Though I want it'd not obtained such a long time, a consultant from APX Alarmis consumer-advocacy department recently approached us regarding our criticism (posted 09/28 using the proceeding: "Rejection to Recognize Authorized Termination")

The customer advocacy consultant from APX was individual and required time for you to pay attention to our problems. He guaranteed APX might evaluate our conditions. APX telephoned us 24 hours later and provided a completely acceptable quality.

I really hope that is indicative of enhanced reaction to customer problems.in that case, then I'd anticipate the BBB score to increase and customer grievances (there'll continually be some) togo down somewhat.
