They don't let you cancel subscription

They allow it to be very hard to stop their alarm monitoring agreement. I submitted a notice five times based on their directions plus they held rejecting it before agreement immediately restored to get a complete additional year. Their techniques were deliberate to obtain another year-out of me. Do not actually conduct business with this specific organization - their company methods are shady.
