Failure to pay employees in timely manne

Company failed to pay numerous employees in a timely manner, and failed to pay them the correct amount for time worked. Complaints were made by some to labor board and by others to BBB, neigther of which bothered conducting an investigation. This presented a problem when a couple of incidents occurred in which Security Officers were stealing food from client sites because they had not recieved a paycheck and could not afford to buy food any longer on their own.
