Calls for payment when payment has already been made

I spend my statement promptly each and every month!!! They call each month prior to the statement is actually due requesting a charge card cost within the telephone looking to get a dual cost for just one month support. After I ask why they're calling prior to the statement arrives they claim they're simply ensuring we spend the statement promptly. After I let them know that I'll deliver it by check every single day till it is deadline they contact again performing like they never spoke in my experience your day before. This continues possibly 20 times per month and it is soooo extremely frustrating!!!

I also closed a deal to get a three-year contract through Monitronics Security Techniques. I included a guarantee contract for one more $5.00 monthly. After I named to stop the guarantee they explained that there is never a guarantee about the strategy. I expected them why I'm being charged one more $5. Oo monthly plus they hung-up on me. Undoubtedly the worst organization i've ever handled!!!
