Too much red tape

I bought this allinone (horsepower) TouchSmart 300 Computer on 12/28, with 24 months prolonged (Efficiency-Safety-Strategy), used to donot begin using until around March and only use it-one time at night with no issues.

Today it's been because the last weeck of September that began slicing off after I change it on, finaly today it does not begin at-all, I'd many people appeared it, including a tecnitian from Office Website where I had been cost 49.99 for that support to chek it out-but it did the samethig cuttin down, and so I request to eliminated my own information in case I've to sant it back.

I really do hve a pc (DELL) since 2002 that early use from 4-to 5 time each day also it ranns perfetly.
