Ripoff: One of the Lucky ones we halted further payments, and did not get burned too badly

We were of the lucky ones. We put some money down for a machine but continued to hear bad things from people who were in contact with them, so we halted further payments, and did not get burned too badly. Any word on the likelyhood of getting any machines or money back?
