Jules M. This business is a Ticket Reseller that diguises its website to look like other buisness and rips you off by chaging you 3 times the price

I looked up Ryman Auditorium box office on the web site and this company came up with a website portraying to be Ryman. When I called about tickets the individual Jules M. Never notified me that they were a reseller and when I asked numerous questions about the box office and questioned some of the fees and bout picking up tickets at will call the individual talked around the questions and made remarks resembling a Ryman Ticket Office Employee. When I contacted Ryman and found out I didn't by my ticket from them I also found out I was charged $122 for a $53 ticket. When I called the number back a lady answered and told me that Howie the manager would call back in an hour. I tried to call them back over a dozen times and had family members try as well only to find out that they had shut down their lines and would not answer them. They also stated that they gave me a prime seat and I found out that they gave me an obstructive view seat. This company is a fraudlent company that is scaming individals. I ask any of you to beware and report to BBB. I will be pursuing legal action as well.
