Signup scam - Dish Service

I am a returning customer of 5 yrs, and when contacted i was promised 2 months inital free service if i dropped comcast
which i did. It was very hard to hear the rep because there was a baby shower in the office (On the clock). When i got my bill i found out there was no 'promotional 2 months'free and had a past due bill to pay up. I told the company due to the proximity to xmas i would pay the past due amt nov 25 and the balance 9 dec. The company said not a problem, you got 16 days. 3 days later i got shut off! Now i got more late charges and threatened with a shutoff AGAIN. Should have stayed with COMCAST
