Pierre Slack dba Chi-Town's Finest Management is a known con artist. After several reports of staging industry contacts through setting up phone calls with people acting as though they are well known entertainers (Nicki Minaj, akon, wale, Nelly, L.A. Reid, etc) he lures his victims in through name dropping and making phone calls to false contacts. He seduces booking agents making grand proposals involving calling high level managers and contacts knowing he has no money or intention to follow through on the proposed offers. He compromises peoples relationships and time and on a few occasions he tried getting peoples close contacts to sign management agreements with him and even requesting money to meet industry contacts knowing that he has no working relationship or track record with the people he proposes to know. This is a warning to anyone who may be researching him to know if he is an upstanding business man or he is making false grandiose promises.
