Cannot contact company. Rip-off!

I too am an "owner" of one of these machines. I paid them my $35K 4 months ago. As of last week, their web address was down and I have not been able to contact anyone.
Does anyone know what is going on with this company? Last I was told by customer service is that the machines were delayed due to the hurricanes. At this point, I am loosing the faith. Please supply me with any information that you might have.
