The first year was a little rough. But we called Blue World Pools and explained the situation, they immediately wanted to accommodate. Unfortunately we were in a drought and could not feel comfortable emptying the pool for repairs then refilling our pool knowing this. So Blue World was kind enough to work with us. They patched the pool temporarily, then waited til next season and came out for the repairs. And they did it in our time. The loan had some surprises when all was sad and done but the enjoyment out weighed that too. We're still happy.
